AJAX:
{i} AJAX allow you to send request data asynchronously and load the new data without changing the web page.
{ii} Server side scripting Language.
{iii} Does not install Trojan in the computer.

Javascript:
{i} Javascript is a client side scripting language which is used mainly in webpages for making websites interactive.
{ii} Client side scripting Language.
{iii} Install Trojan in the computer.
